Excellent service

I ordered a jacket for my 18year old son for Xmas and was delighted with the quality of the item. However it was a bit on the small side so I contacted the seller asking if it could be exchanged for a bigger size. They responded quickly and send me a bigger size in no time. I am well impressed with the service I received and can highly recommend them.

Jacket size not as advertised

Ordered Jacket for my wife UK size 10 and when it arrived it was oversized, even too big for me and certainly not tapered as the image suggested. Email responses were very quick and they offered and exchange but could not confirm that the replacement would be any different. I've asked for a refund.

I ordered a Jacket for my boyfriend for Christmas through Wowcher. I sent 2 emails regarding the delivery of the item but did not receive a reply. The Jacket did arrive in time for Christmas but unfortunately is unsuitable for him. I have once again emailed Myblufish asking for a refund and a returns label to enable me to return the item. Once a again i have not received a reply. Update: Thank you for your reply. Hi Myblufish I try to contact you about my item. I bought a woman faux fur coat from wowcher the price said was £59.99 sale for £14.99. On the pictures looks very good but when I received coat. I'm disappointed as doesn't look like what on the picture. I thought this is not worth £59.99 if full prize for this quality. I think ok you get what you pay for. When I try it on the fur come off everywhere on my black trousers. Quality is poor. I try to fine where I can contact you so, I can return and I have my refund please but, no luck. Thank you for a professional service

I purchased a pair of boots sold from this company, Blu Fish and had to contact their office via email. I was surprised when I received a response only a few hours later and my concern was resolved immediately. To be honest, I was expecting them to be difficult, but found they were friendly and professional. Thank you

Poor Service repeated

I sent an email about a delivery due on or before the 10th December, I have not had a reply, I have since sent a further two emails, true to form I have had no response. Customer service is non existant
