Ordered goods from Wowcher but didn't arrive got in contact with them and no problem sending out replacements not the first time I have purchased from them and wont be the last

The cover is excellent

The cover is excellent, problems with delivery due to Covid, item was going to be replaced but it turned up when emailing Blu Fish so let them know not to send another one.

A genuinely nice company.

Made an order with this company through Wowcher, the order never arrived on time so I contacted the company directly,they responded immediately offering to resend the order however the original turned up so not a problem. Seems a genuinely nice company who were happy to help.

Ordered some items from wowcher from…

Ordered some items from wowcher from Blufish and 1 did not arrive by the due date, i sent an email and they replied the same day offering a replacement or refund, i said i would like a replacement and they said it was no problem. The next day my item arrive so i contacted them again and i got a love email back saying no worries . Very good customer service highly recommended.

The best service I have received from any site., even when there was a slight problem they replied straight away and resolved the problem there & then.. Have already bought again from this site. Thanks a mill x

The best service I have found from any of the companies that advertise on Wowcher. I am definitely more likely to buy a product when it’s advertised by Blufish.

Great customer service

Thought item hadnt been delivered. When I emailed they got back to me the same day and were sending a replacement out to me but we got it no problem in the end. Great customer service

Exellent customer service

i had to report a faulty item and Myblufish responded instantly and have made it as easy as possible. Very impressed so far and hopefully the replacement will be suitable for use.

Excellent service in that emails were answered within hours. I ordered boots but sadly they never arrived so a replacement order was sent and arrived within a few days. The boots were to small but this was not a problem either because a larger size was ordered and I am currently waiting there arrival. The quality of the product wasn’t the best but you get what you pay for.

So not only do these joke of a business…

So not only do these joke of a business deny receiving emails chasing your order that you haven't received, they then ask you to send a further email and reply saying they must have lost your order and have sent a replacement...nope they haven't...and guess what...yep..they wont answer your emails again.....lost money, no goods arrived...no replacement. This company are thieves...whatever you do never use them ..you will lose your money. .
