DELIVERY NOT RECEIVED YET I sent an email on 25th November about a delivery that was expected on 19th November. It is 14th December and I still have not received the item or a reply to my email. I have sent a second email today. Very disappointed with service.

I received my order on 7th December

I received my order on 7th December. Very poor quality item. Emailed to request information on how to return for a refund twice now and still now reply. Very dissatisfied!

How to return

I have received an order seen on Wowcher for boots supposedly size 38 (5) They are far too small and I wish to return them or get the next size up . I can see no information on how to do this 😰. HELP

1st class customer service

had a slight hiccup with an order I placed and was not happy with the product. Contacted myblufish with photos etc and without hesitation they authorised a refund. Excellent customer service

ordered two items off grabone on the 26 November and have heard nothing, no tracking number dont know if its been disbatched. Most orders have arrived by now.... might not come for xmas.

It's the first time I have dealt with Blufish. Item I ordered was too big but I had no problem with them sending me a replacement item which was dealt with very quickly. I hope to use them again in the not to distant future

Very good customer service, I had an issue with my parcel but they reply back to me and offered to replace.
