I have still not received my order I placed at the beginning of January. Poor, will not be using again, Update.. Bluefish have got back to me since my review. My order had got lost in transit, and now they have sent out a replacement - these things happen. I’m impressed with the customer support they have given and sorted the problem out quickly. Thank you

Good products and great service

Good products and great service. Friendly and helpful service when things don't quite go to plan, which can happen in life, but rectified quickly and painlessly. I would happily recommend Myblufish to friends and family.

Living Social order not delivered STILL

The item I ordered from Living Social did not arrive. My email was ignored until I posted a review here. I was assured on the 16th December they would send a replacement and I would receive it in 12 working days. I still haven’t received anything.

Bought a tracksuit through wowcher and loved it so bought 2 more in different colours completely different material very thin and unwearable however after contacting them they did give me a full refund straight away customer service was great

Excellent customer service

I had an issue with a product which I had ordered from Myblufish. They responded to my query very promptly and sorted the problem to my complete satisfaction. I found their customer service faultless and would recommend dealing with them without hesitation.

Just had a faux fur Coat delivered…

Just had a faux fur Coat delivered which I had bought through living social. The quality of the coat wasn’t great nothing like the picture. I got in contact with Blu fish and I must say the customer service was fantastic, very quick at getting back to me and sorted out the situation straight away. Thank you for your help in getting it sorted and a refund 👍🏽
