Thomas at the Timothy Oulton (T.O.) gallery in Tottenham Court Road, is exceptional in providing the best possible customer service on each occasion I've had contact with him. Whether at the gallery, over the phone or by email. Nothing is too much trouble, so patient and he's just such a good ambassador for the brand. I've taken two deliveries from T.O. recently, and it really helps that they also use a high end white glove delivery service, Atlas, also impeccable service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend T.O because the galleries are inspirational, and just a joy to visit.
