Rupert was extremely warm and welcoming during our in-store experience. He was attentive to our design goals, and patiently worked with us as we sorted through a number of options. He was clearly also very curious and passionate about design and his store’s offerings. During the shipment and delivery process, Rupert was front footed and transparent. Was a pleasure working with Rupert.

Jade was beyond amazing in guiding us on which pieces to buy. We needed some design help as we weren't sure which chair to get with the sofa we were ordering and after speaking with Jade we knew exactly what to do. We have been looking for sofas for a very long time and are so excited for these new pieces to be in our home.

So back in April I eventually found the dining furniture I'd been looking for for a very long time with a little help from the very patient Kurt! At the end of September I took delivery!! WOW!! The chairs are fabulous, as I expected... but the Gym Bench in Yeti Beige is just to die for!! It's incredible. I also bought the two sizes of the Inception Candle Lanterns... I was a bit confused when the delivery drivers brought in 2 huge boxes but when they opened them I could understand why. I'd never actually seen them in the flesh and got a bit of a shock when I tried to pick the rectangular one up to move it... I hadn't remembered they had a solid marble base. That evening I hung my new picture, arranged some flowers on the table and lit those candles... again... WOW!! It took me maybe 2 years to find the right dining furniture and I'm glad I didn't settle... I love it!!

Had a problem with one of their electric recliner chairs which stopped working . Following an online enquiry I was contacted by Chloe who made every effort to understand what the problem was. A few days later she reverted to me to advise rather than replace what appeared to be the defective part, that they would send me a replacement chair . Although on a further 16 weeks delivery I cannot fault that quality of customer service . Hopefully in 16 weeks time upon delivery I can further advise that their customer service is first class . In the meantime thanks Chloe.

I recently purchased a chandelier from this store after seeing that they carried out the exact one I was looking for. Jade assisted me throughout the entire process and was incredibly helpful. I had a concern about the color of the stone being more white than grey, and Jade went above and beyond to address it by assuring me he would reach out to the manufacturer on my behalf His customer service made me feel very comfortable and confident with my purchase
Fantastic customer service
We were very grateful to Chloe at the store in Chelsea as she took brilliant care of us and had great attention to detail. She recommended a more forgiving yet still beautiful leather for our couch as we have animals at home. She also provided exceptional customer service regarding a previous faulty item and we were able to feel relaxed and take our time finding the right option as a replacement. I don’t think I’ve ever had this level of customer service from a company or person in the past. We were treated so kindly on our visit as we tested out which couch would work for us. We will definitely go to Timothy Oulton for future purchases. Thank you again!
