Go See Jade @ Timothy Oulton NYC! We are finishing our basement in the style of a speakeasy, and stumbled across T.O.'s chesterfields as we researched decor ideas. A visit to their webpage connected us with Jade, who was as engaged, responsive, and creative as anyone we ever have worked with. Shortly thereafter we had airfare to JFK booked and an appointment with Jade to look at furnishing the entire space. He was more than prepared, giving us a passionate history of the brand, a presentation with 3D mockups of our space with different design ideas, and champagne to make us feel special. 2 hours later we walked out with an order placed and smiles on our faces. It isn't often that shopping is fun and rewarding, but Jade and Timothy Oulton delivered in spades. Highly recommended!

This was our first visit to the Timothy Oulton at Kings Road and only wish we had started here four years ago when we purchased our TM sofa. We returned to this flag ship store with a few issues and the experience was nothing short of excellent. This was for the most part due to Marcos who gave us a very warm welcome and was exceptionally helpful in the matter at hand. His in depth knowledge and experience was very evident and he was very good at listening to our concerns and questions. Nothing was too much . We came away feeling very satisfied with the service received. The store is a delight with good quality furniture priced accordingly of course but the service given does ensure you are hopefully buying something that will work in your home.

Luke at Timothy oulton is amazing! He digitally mocked up what our room would look like with multiple variations of TO furniture... it made our decision so easy and stress free! And now our couch is in and it's the most gorgeous, comfortable thing in the world!!!! Than you Luke!!!!!!!!

We’ve just ordered our sofa from Timothy Oulton and couldn’t be happier with the service we received. We visited a few times to ensure we were making the right choice and each time, apart from a friendly welcome, were left to our own devices until we required help (which is exactly how we like it). Said help then came in true expert form, particularly from Sam at the Chelsea branch. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the product we were after and clearly had a real appreciation for the brand and his role within it, spending an inordinate amount of time going over all the options with us and giving us fascinating facts about the brand when asked. We were very grateful that there was never any sense of being pushed into a decision during any of this. He also overheard some good news that we received whilst in store and took it upon himself to bring us each a glass of champagne to toast with (the late Timothy Oulton’s favourite bottle no less) - such a kind and generous gesture which we were both bowled over by. He later offered some wonderful aftercare post ordering when we needed to sort something out. The brand itself has a real range and visiting is an experience in itself. Highly, highly recommend. And a huge thank you to Sam for making the whole experience quite so special.
