Lucie was lovely. I popped in not planning to make a purchase but fell in love with Shaggy my new single person sofa ( I’m writing this in it because I now can’t leave the sofa. Lucie was informative and not at all pushy to sell something. She responded to my emails when I was unsure of materials and colours etc. The delivery was professional and the crew that delivered fantastic. We have spend a lot of time working on my project and she has executed my vison nicely. Monica is easy to work with and has an amazing talent for interior designing. The Timothy Oulton furniture is absolutely just beautiful. The Stonyhurst is what I have purchesed and it is sleek and has this John Varvatos bad ass look to it. It is very detailed and crafted perfectly. It is very well designed and of high quality. If your purchasing furniture here, your purchasing time pieces. The furniture is built to last decades. Jade was so over the top helpful. He was friendly and professional. He was never pushy and gave us ample time to wander on our own but was always right there when we needed him. First of all we LOVED the style of their furniture! We worked with their NY Showroom and were assisted by Jade, he was amazing, helped us with the selection of our furniture gave us design suggestions and the samples of fabric and leather we requested arrived in 24h, we live in North Carolina. Our project is not finished and for sure we will buy more furniture from TO and definitely will want to work with Jade more.
