I just had the most wonderful experience working with Jade Carpenter from Timothy Oulton’s NY gallery! Making a major furniture can be daunting but Jade was so kind and helpful through the whole process! I tend to ask so many questions and get a little indecisive but Jade put me at ease and made sure I was 100 percent happy with every detail. He sent me detailed photos of the INSIDE of the cushions of the sofa I was interested in and he also sent me the most gorgeous fabric samples. I couldn’t believe the quality! I am so excited to receive my new pieces and, Jade, I can’t wait to meet in person and I look forward to working together again very soon!

They were warm and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. At no point did we feel any pressure to buy - space to browse and choose was allowed. I would highly recommend them, without any reservation. There was also a very healthy discount on the sofa which made it much more affordable. The lady who served us, Fjolla was extremely helpful and we felt like we were in a very safe pair of hands. Plenty of friendly advice was given, and the access check for the sofa is taken off the total price. All in all it was a very pleasant experience.

I bought a beautiful indigo super comfy linen couch from the tribal souls collection of Timothy Oulton with the assistance of Luke from the Culver City showroom. He was incredibly helpful. Shared Los of options and was very generous with his time and taste. I can’t wait for the couch to arrive in a few weeks. Just sitting on it in the showroom made me feel like my living room!!!!

My wife and stopped by the store in Chelsea (without an appointment) and received exemplary customer service from Kurt Buckley. Kurt was knowledgeable, offered great design and product insight/opinions, but never felt pushy or overly focused making a sale. We were able to take our time, move furniture around the store (and even outside to see it in the daylight). Overall, we are thrilled with the service and product we received… thank you, Kurt!
