While I don't normally rate 5 Stars anything, I'm compelled to do so for this gallery in NYC. Led by Joshua, the entire team here is exceptional. They make you feel welcomed from the very first time, no assumptions, no intimidations, ready to share knowledge and more importantly spend time with you during your visit. I've made a purchase last year and have returned this year again to make a few others. Yes, you have to wait as the pieces are custom to order, but the pieces are timeless and rare collections. Very satisfied and always think of Joshua and team when thinking about an eccentric unique vibe for our home and yes, champagne while shopping. Excellent service from Kurt Buckley who followed up diligently and guided my selection with this product expertise.

This is the second time I write to express my displeasure with Timothy Oulton products. We purchased the shabby sofa and two Avo swivel chairs. The chairs are in poor condition upon delivery. I called immediately to be told they will do nothing. If I send pictures they will evaluate. They did not respond, I contacted them again and Denise (customer experience representative) said she never got the pictures, please resend. I did that just to have a sales person tell me the condition of the chairs is normal. This are full grain leather chairs with distressing processing however the leather was worn through and shoes actual cracks through leather. The backs of the chairs are very obviously different than any other part of either chair. This is not a natural variation is an organic fabric. Any leather smith would concur if only they took the time to look at the issue I have raised. Micheal, (salesperson) and Denise, (customer experience representative) at the H.D.Buttercup company in the Helm’s building were not helpful nor ever polite in our experience. I’m disappointed as we planned to furnish multiple rooms in our new home with T.O. designs.

Our sales person was amazing. She was patient, extremely knowledgeable, engaging and did not apply any pressure. Please make sure to keep her happy.

Sam at Timothy Oulton delivered some of the best customer service I have had. If you are looking for that special item for your house, do pay a visit. No pushy sales, just professional, individual guidance.

Chloe Gratter who looked after us was absolutely phenomenal. We had a situation on our hands that she was able to completely rectify. She has gone above and beyond to make our needs come to life, she has is a brilliant reflection to Timothy Oulton and a real asset to the company.
