Besides the beautiful pieces, what was more helpful was my design conslutant Luke. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about each piece I selected and had a great eye for what went together. He also kept me abreast about the expected timing and arrival of the items I ordered. He continues communicate about new pieces and will go with my existing selection. He made the whole experience enjoyable, I’ll be back.

We were in a time crunch for a couch and Fjolla was quick to read the situation and provide us with a piece that fit our needs (size and delivery time). She also liaised with the logistics team. Can't speak for the quality of the product as we only just received it.

This is the second time we have placed an order with Kurt in the King's Road store. He is very easy to work with, extremely knowledgeable and he has been instrumental in helping us pick pieces for different rooms in our house. When we have been unsure of what to get, he has looked at our room plans and guided us to the right item based on what would be best for us and not what would be a better sale for the shop. We really value his honesty in helping us make these decisions.
