Mason has been so helpful since our first encounter. He is truly helpful amid a long pause on the purchase conversation. We resumed our correspondence after a long while and without revisiting the shop a second time he provided thorough follow up work such as material samples, useful comments as a pet owner, video clips for maintenance work etc. Truly exceptional and reliable service. Prompt replies 24/7 too! Thank you so much (typing this experience as I'm on this Noble Souls Collection sofa...).

From our very first visit to Timothy Oulton Bluebird, the experience has been second to none. Not only is the quality of products exceptional, the customer service is exemplary. It’s not an overstatement to say that the customer service we have received from Marcos has been the best we’ve ever experienced from any company. Nothing has been too much trouble, he has been so patient with our million visits to the store whilst trying to decide what would work for us (!) and he has been incredibly helpful with the interiors planning and advice. Always welcoming us with a smile and the patience of a saint, we have loved coming to the store and it is so refreshing to have a supportive customer service experience as opposed to feeling pressured, which we didn’t feel once. We’ve placed one order and are looking forward to returning again later in the year. Marcos is an asset to the company, will be the reason for our return, and the products on offer, especially the introduction of new materials and product lines, is excellent. Highly recommend paying a visit to this store.

They don't communicate and it takes forever to deliver. I ordered a standard drawer in January, supposed to be delivered in May (!) and now postponed to July. They didn't even take the time to tell me, plus it seems like a scam....they took the money in January for a good that will arrive (maybe) 7 months later. Unacceptable.

All it lacks is a coffee bar and I'd live in this place! Popped in for 5 minutes to look at a sheepish-looking chair - -The Manx Yeti I now know - I had been admiring from the bus for a while every time I passed.. ended up being there for an hour, as I got talking to one of their team - Kurt - who really went out of his way (as I was clearly not buying on the day) to talk through all the incredible pieces I kept noticing. Really interesting and very helpful team member - and shall be back shortly to hopefully order that "worth selling your kids' for" Manx!

Timothy Oulton Abergavenny store is one of my favorite places to visit. Claire and Maurice are so friendly and helpful shopping here is an absolute pleasure. I’m having to consider buying a bigger house to accommodate all the incredible Timothy Oulton Furniture I don’t need…but want!

Tara McNulty in the NYC gallery has gone above and beyond to help us create the most beautiful condo in Columbus , OH. I had the great pleasure of meeting Timothy Oulton at the RH launch party many years ago. I instantly fell in love with his design style and was determined one day to live in a home that brings his vision to life. We started with some of the Oxford Collection and then fast forward to working with Tara in 2023. We had a vision, but needed some guidance on lighting, fabric and some design style advice. We were so excited to have our new design come to life… if we weren’t having to wait 16-18 weeks. However, good things come to those who wait! We couldn’t be happier with our complete look. I forwarded pictures to Tara, but I can’t wait to share them with family and friends!
