The Timothy Oulton experience from the gallery in Timisoara/Romania is fascinating. I would start by saying that the sales team is very well trained, truly professionals. Also, the arrangement of the space is signed by an international level designer (Mihai Caraghiaur). As soon as you step into the gallery, you feel that you are entering a magical world, full of mystery that overwhelms you. Not only did I visit the gallery, but I also purchased various products so that I could bring the magic of that gallery into my own home. I recommend anyone to visit the gallery in Timisoara/Romania because it is well worth it.

I have been several times at Tempini Timisoara, Timothy Oulton Gallery and each time I was met with good presentantions/details about furniture and a cozy and nice ambient and stories about fabrics, colors, how the sofas or other things were produced. I had a wonderful experience buying couches recently at the Westport, CT location. Jamie Donnelly was super helpful and so personable. My first time visit was back in September of 2023 and I was very interested but life got in the way and I never got around to reaching back out and placing an order. I then noticed recently that there was a sale going on and I searched my email to find Jamie’s follow up email from my visit back in September and when I was looking she had emailed me reminding me of the sale and remembering me from September! That was pretty amazing and felt meant to be that I visit her again and make a move in the couches. I brought my husband and she was so helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the furniture and other furniture out there on the market today. She spent lots of time with us and even dealt with lots of skepticism from my husband who is a hard sell. I couldn’t be happier with my choice and my shopping experience. Thank you Jamie and we plan to be back for future furniture shopping for our home.

We bought a few items from Timothy Oulton and we received a great service from Fjolla. She carried out a home visit so that we could see larger swatches in the rooms and CAD drawings so that we could visualise the furniture in the space. Delivery team was also very professional.

Thomas was so helpful, and made it super easy for me to change my order due to my own mistake.
