The showroom at Horizon Plaza (Hong Kong) was well put together and is definitely worthy of a visit. I bought a Pastekh stool from the shop, even though it took some 10 weeks to tailor make to my specifications, it was worth the wait as the end product looks great. The after sales service in following up on delivery was timely and accommodating.

What a beautiful store with very high-quality pieces. Rarely do I go to a store and have that "wow" factor. They go above and beyond in customer service and design. We were greeted by Monica, who was such a joy to work with. She is very knowledgable and had some great ideas for the remodel of my home. I am looking forward to going back to finalize my order.

We wanted an accent chair and very much enjoyed reviewing what Timothy Oulton had to offer. Having made a tentative choice we had a few questions and were put in contact with ambassador Tara McNulty. Tara dealt with our queries to our satisfaction and we proceeded to order which Tara dealt with efficiently. We very much look forward to getting a delivery date and then the chair itself.
