Excellent furniture. Our purchasing experience was straightforward even though we bought our furniture for our new home in South America and didn't visit the store, it was all done virtually. We bought several furniture pieces, the entire dining room, two living rooms, decorations, lightings, additional sofas, a second dining room and some other pieces. Emeric Gorgette was extremely helpful, otherwise we wouldn't have bought it. The furniture is of excellent quality. We are very satisfied with the entire experience. Thanks

I visited the Timothy Oulton store in Costa Mesa and was pleasantly helped by Karissa Kiremit. Karissa assisted my wife and I with the Shabby sectional. She moved the sectional pieces around to our exact configuration. She also helped with the selection of leather and gave us samples to take home. We took measurements and left the store. Karissa touched base a week later and I told her we haven’t decided on purchasing yet. She completely understood and said to reach out with any questions. A month passed and we decided to place the order. Karissa was able to process the order through email and a payment link, saving me time visiting the store again. A few days later we wound up visiting the store again and ordering two chairs to match the Shabby sectional. Karissa was off work, but followed up with my order information upon her return. It’s rare to find customer service like Karissa provided, thank you!

A few weeks back, I walked into the Timothy Oulton store on Tottenham Court Road, and found a beautiful antique table. Thomas Payne approached me and was friendly, helpful, and went out of his way to explain the background of the table, and how Timothy Oulton sourced it. To be completely honest, if Thomas wasn’t there and had the willingness to find out extra information for me, as well as sit down to talk about the table, offer me an amazing coffee, and reassure me of my purchase, I may have walked away. However, Thomas was phenomenal, and because of him I happily purchased the table - super happy I did!

The end-to-end process has been brilliant, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the time and effort Thomas has given to me - he really has gone above and beyond.
