I’ve been a Timothy Oulton fan for years and the brand just keeps on getting better and better. Hard to find this type of quality and artistry at this price point - some of the best bang for your buck in the furniture world IMHO. Anybody who comes to the house is always like “where do you guys find this stuff.” Well our secret weapon is Luke Dixon over at the TO store at HD Buttercup in Culver City. Probably one of the best sales guys I’ve ever worked with period. Truly goes the extra mile for his customers. Zero pressure. Knowledgeable, communicative. Goes straight to the factory for issues and clarification. Across multiple purchases over the past few years he continues to shine.

To begin with, Timothy Oulton has a wonderful, creative and eclectic collection of high quality furniture, artwork and fixtures. Luke Dixon was able to fully understand our needs and was able to layout a cohesive plan for us that is absolutely spectacular. Luke is a pleasure to work with. He has an excellent eye for design and layout, and has great patience without the high pressure sales pitch. He is truly a gem and has earned our appreciation and loyalty.

We were unsure how the dining gchairs we were after would look in our space. Chloe, the salesperson serving us in store at the Bluebird branch, offered for us to borrow a chair overnight. We returned the next day and ordered with confidence. Excellent customer service and the showrooms are heavenly.

What a fantastic shop My wife normally does all the purchasing, but it was my job to go in and sort out a new sofa. I met Kurt, who guided me and help me pick out this absolutely superb sofa. Lovely people, amazing experience
