I would like to thank Luke from LA for being so patient and professional with us for both coordinating the exchange of some furniture pieces that were incorrectly delivered to us, and the new piece due to arrive. Luke took upon himself to correct the issue for us even though the mistake was not his to begin with! We have been a big fan of T.O furnitures and will continue to shop with Luke in the foreseeable future.

They have really awesome inventory and I finally bought a few pieces and love them. Their service is top notch too. One piece I had an issue with and Luke personally came to my house to correct it. Highly recommend TO & thanks Luke for the amazing service!

This review was due a long time ago. Shoutout to Monica from the Costa Mesa location. She made everything pleasant and actually fun. We came after the new year to shop for furnitures since we just moved to our new house in Huntington Beach. Soon as we got to the showroom we were greeted with ecstasy by Monica even though that day the weather was gloomy. She made the whole process easy even after dealing with our pickle mind. In the end we got a non leather sofa just as we wanted and a bed fit for a king. After we finished the transaction she offered us a glass of champagne which i thought was the highlight of that day. That's what you call premium service from start to finish.

I would just like to acknowledge how impressed we were when we recently visited the Kings Road store. Kurt was always at hand without being pushy, he was very informative and had a pleasant nature about him. It doesn’t come as any surprise that ultimately we purchased a lovely piece of furniture, namely the Yeti armchair. 10/10 for professionalism on Kurt’s part, thank you.

My wife and I were in NYC to visit are girls and while there decided to look for furniture and lighting at various businesses downtown. We went in to Timothy Oulton and we were waited on by Tara McNulty. We came in looking for a coffee table that you had that we really liked and left buying one of your Alabaster LED fixtures. We waited 6-7 months for it to arrive as our home was not ready for us to close on until September 2023. Tara kept us informed on a regular basis and we became very friendly through the entire order process. It’s rare that you get the opportunity to find a great sales person and she’s a wealth of knowledge on your products. Hopefully we can find more things to buy from your store.

I love my sofa and chairs that were custom ordered through Timothy Oulton. William Escobar was my rep and he did an amazing job with designing my livingroom. The customer service I received was great and made me life long customer.
