He couldn’t do more for us at the gorgeous store in Chelsea and him and Chloe have been extremely helpful and attentive with all our visits. William Escobar who turns out to be the manager at the Costa Mesa Timothy Oulton was very helpful in helping us selecting our furniture pieces including drafting and measuring the right L-shaped sofa for both our upstairs bonus room and our downstairs living area. The materials and the style we want matched our ideas from what he came up with. And on top of it, he stayed with us at least 2 hours even after the store was already closed to help us finalize our order. The rest of the crew are also helpful including Monica and gang as well. That's what I call uncompromised service and commitment! And to top it off, we love our comfy noble souls sofa setup!!

What I love most about the brand is a tasteful nod to classic design coupled with a surprising twist that immediately makes one pause and smile. The Timothy Oulton team is nothing short of excellent. Brian May has been such a tremendous help over the years, as I add pieces to my collection. He has answered questions, provided resources for imagining the pieces in the space and offered suggestions to help actualize my dreams. His responsiveness makes me feel valued as a customer. I reside in the midwest and purchasing such grand pieces without experiencing them firsthand in a gallery may feel like a gamble to some.
