TO has been a brand which has been shaping the look of our home for almost 10 years. The quality, timelessness, and investment in each piece has proven itself time and again. Emeric was super helpful. It was a tricky order as we were in Switzerland and showroom in London. He kept us up to date and could not have made it easier. We are very pleased with our Mars chairs. So pleased they are the second pair we have bought!

As always, an absolutely exceptional service from Timothy Oulton. I have a number of T.O pieces already but as part of a new house design I wanted to incorporate my existing pieces but also get some ideas for further expansion of my collection. I took advantage of the room design service and Thomas Payne at the Tottenham Court Road store helped me significantly in making my ideas and dreams into a virtual reality. Nothing was too much trouble and the T.O level of training and service is second to none. End result is a list of new items I will be purchasing as soon as the home remodelling is underway to ensure the items arrive ready for its completion. Thanks to everyone in the T.O team and especially Thomas Payne who has been tremendous along the way.
