We love stopping by the store just to visit Michael, who is always super sweet and helpful. He also has impeccable taste! Timothy Oulton is, by far, our favorite furniture store.

Michael is exceptionally helpful and professional. He assisted us in finding the right furniture for our house on multiple occasions. Throughout this process, he was very helpful, patient, and demonstrated great design taste. He is the reason we keep returning to this store.

A wonderful store. This is the biggest Timothy Oulton physical gallery worldwide, and you can have unique offline experience to enjoy the space and feel to touch beautiful furnitures: limited edition of Apollo, tables, chairs etc. I took a chair home at the end of the visit and Im sure I will come back soon.

Tara was so wonderful to work with. Super knowledgeable and accommodating. Rushed a sample of my chair material out to me and made the whole transaction a pleasure. I will definitely be working with her again @ Timothy Oulton!!

I must say that after having used furniture from various vendors, Timothy Oulton (TO) furniture's quality, comfort, style, and design surpasses many products/vendors out there. Their products are consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time. Their customer service is second to none from the start to finish. I must admit that it's just not the brand I absolutely adore, it's also about their staff members who are well acquainted with their products. In particular, I have shopped (virtually) with Brian May (General Manager of the LA boutique) various times, and I find him to be a "A+ Man" who has always gone above and beyond to find me what I am looking for - be it just a footstool or custom made shabby (my absolute favorite). He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, patient, courteous, and always makes my start to finish shopping experience beyond expectation - leaving behind a :-) customer. I am picky when it comes to furniture shopping and to-date Brian has always surprised me with his recommendations/choices/options. My special thanks and kudos to Brian. Out of 5 stars, I give TO and Brian 6 and my highest recommendation!
