2nd time meeting with Luke today - first was for our forever purple linen couch that he helped us style with a sheepskin ottoman. Both pieces pair so beautifully - Luke is absolutely amazing, he’s so patient and informative. My partner and him kept in touch throughout the delivery scheduling which was much appreciated as it was a big investment for our first home together. Came back in today to see about a side table for our living room and we landed on a trunk that Luke showed us + all the variations in leathers and finishings. She made our experience so exciting, giving us all the information on how Timothy Oulton designs and creates his amazing "works of art"...from lamps, boxes, couches, chairs, etc. She was so informative, polite and gracious. Excellent customer service from both Kurt in the Bluebird showroom and Sam in Head Office. I had an issue with a sofa I purchased a few years ago; between them, Kurt and Sam have resolved the issue to my complete satisfaction. Timothy Outlon sell very beautiful things; it's good to know that this is backed up with first-class customer service.
