I’ve made several purchases over the years from Timothy Oulton and I’ve had the pleasure on each occasion to deal with Kurt Buckley. His Customer service is second to none and is always a friendly a helpful voice on the telephone. He is a credit to such a well established Brand.

Edith and the team at Timothy Oulton were incredibly helpful in helping us with the purchase and delivery of our new sofa. They are extremely experienced and flexible scene in handling delivery and white glove service. I highly recommend the team at the Horizon Plaza shop and there is such a wide range of collections for you to see in this shop.

My partner and I went to Mexico City, and saw the inception mirror. The showroom staff advised that there was a show room in New York, and we could go directly there. When we arrived a year ago at the New York, we were greeted by Jade! He was just wonderful! We shared our story about the mirror and how we wanted it for our first new home together. Jade showed us around the showroom, he was very attentive and gave great suggestions. A year later we bought our first home together, and were now ready to get the mirror. Once again we went to the show room, and Jade was there! He remembered us immediately. He helped us again but weren’t sure what size to get. Jade took his own time to come by and see the space we would place the mirror. Once we figured out what would look the best in the space, without hesitation we ordered the mirror with Jade!!! I have never experienced this level of dedication and service. He is exceptional!
