I'm an interior designer by profession but I also recently bought a new home. After shopping at TO with clients, I decided to buy some furniture there for our new home. I worked with a few of their sales people and I found them all to be very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. I met Karin Lanzorone on one of my shopping trips with a client and then asked for her help when I decided to shop for myself. I have only praise for her and her work ethic. I could not be happier. I've since received all my furniture and I'm thrilled. I have to say the quality and value would be hard to beat. A five star experience all around!

From purchase to delivery each step was treated respectfully and with kindness. The delivery team placed everything and removed all packaging.

Working with Luke Dixon was a dream. Picked up a wonderfully framed map of my Home Town, London as well as an amazing corner piece for the office. The quality of product still blows my mind every time I sit on it and artwork, in its stunning frame really finished the look well, and reminds of the mother land 6,000 miles away! Great store. Had no clue it was even in the Soco shopping center. I’ve been to Soco maybe 5 times in last few months and just realized on my last trip that the store was here.

I purchased one of the exclusive and rare Manhattan messenger bag back in the day and lost one of the nuts to hold the handle on. Monica Conway went above and beyond with her customer service and provided me with two local leather repair shops. I wasn't able to find the exact part due to European screw sizes but the service at TO was amazing.

The sales staff, Michael Royal in specific, were wonderful. They were welcoming, well-informed and charming. The quality of the furnishings and the creative imagination of the design were both top tier. And the prices were much more reasonable than we imagined from the look of the sumptuous storefront. Michael sent us home with specs on a chair we liked and leather swatches to try out at no charge. So it is no surprise that we bought one side chair, but we may just come back for a leather couch!

Karin helped me out tremendously. She went above and beyond.

Helpful / knowledgeable and friendly staff in store and then followed up by the online sales team who were helpful, non pushy and responsive. Coupled with great products has made the whole experience really good. I’m a repeat customer and my experience has consistently been the same.
