We visited the Timothy Oulton London store last year to purchase some pieces way in advance for our new house build. Emeric our Store Ambassador could not have done more to help us pick the right pieces but also help with the complexities of our order and special requests for delivery and ensured we had all the information we needed as we relocated with different addresses. In frequent contact by email, our whole purchasing experience was a pleasure as we felt guided, looked after and given true customer care to help us feel valued. We are delighted with the products and their outstanding quality and design.

Extremely high quality and stylish furniture with a great team. We have bought several items from Timothy Oulton including a Nest Sofa and an arm chair. The Bluebird Gallery is great to walk around with so much nice stuff that is well laid out. Special shout out to Chloe Gratter who helped us with our purchases. Chloe and the team at Timothy Oulton were incredibly helpful helping us with the purchase of our new sofa. They were so warm and friendly from our initial call, to being at the shop and trying to find the best sofa for us. They are extremely informative in there and really went above and beyond with ensuring we had the best possible shopping experience, even with a baby in tow. I highly recommend the team at the Kings Road shop and I really thought Chloe and her lovely colleague were such testaments to the brand.
