My girlfriend and I visited one of the stores just browsing for a new sofa back table while we were waiting for a table for dinner. We end up inside Timothy Oulton and were greeted by a really friendly associate/manager (she was so professional we couldn't tell). She introduced herself, (Jenessa) and walked us through the whole store as we chit chatted to pass the time. Her knowledge of all the pieces and her eye for decor is wildly impressive Great experience being in there, my girlfriend ended up taking down her information and we look forward in filling up our space with some TO pieces

We have purchased multiple items over the last few years from the south coast store, always with Jenessa Gonzalez. She has always been very easy to work with, and is knowledgeable, professional, and has a great eye for design. More than once, we were in the area and wandered through the store just to see what was there. Jenessa always welcomed us by name and will show us anything new or just talk about the house we are furnishing in Palm Springs. We always seem to end up buying more cool stuff, stuff we didn’t even know we needed.

Loved the personalised service at Timothy Oulton in Hong Kong: we had one person helping us through the whole process from start to finish. Oscar helped us place the couch into the floor plan of our new livingroom to make sure the it fit right before purchase. Once we had chosen our modular pieces and customised fillings and fabrics, along with extra covers, we only had to wait a few weeks for it to be made and delivered. Having washable and changeable covers for a sofa is a must for us with kids and dogs in the house. Now the beauty called Nest is in our livingroom and it is a comfortable as it is gorgeous. It fits just right by size, shape and look. Worth the higher price tag, and summer sale helped a lot! Highly recommend.

I recently worked with Jenessa on a buttoned chesterfield for my library. She was incredibly knowledgeable on the piece ilI was interested in and we were able to wrap up an order over the weekend seamlessly. Not to mention the availability - she was reachable which is hard to find these day. I will definitely do more business with TO in the future.

By far this is one of the coolest furniture shops in HK. Moreover, the staff, especially Oscar, was very knowledgable, articulate, and provided really great story about all of the furniture pieces. This place is super edgy and really brings differentiation in design and fun!
