I have only just got round to writing a long overdue review. Sorry. I was first introduced to the Bluebird showroom by Ariel when meeting him at another TO concession in London. All I can say is thank you Ariel. That first meeting with you giving such wonderful customer service is what took us over to Bluebird to make our first TO purchase. What a fabulous showroom, stunning quality furniture and equally fabulous staff. Customer experience is first class, a credit to all that work there. I have visited the Timothy Oulton store now at Bluebird a number of times. I am always so overwhelmed with the wonderful experience and customer service that they give. I would like to say a massive thank you to Chloe Gratter for her recent help, when choosing my latest purchase. She went that extra mile and gave first class customer service, all with such a friendly and helpful attitude. Nothing is too much trouble for anyone. Not forgetting all the other ambassadors including Nikita, Kirk and Ariel for all their help and assistance in the past. Once again thank you and I hope to see you again soon.

Eye-catching design and great quality, I really like my new Aviator chair! I was a bit apprehensive ordering online since it's not easy to judge colors and dimensions from a website, but Sam Holroyd has been very responsive and helpful, so in the end the chair was delivered without problem! I'm very happy with it, thanks all involved!

Loved the Timothy Oulton experience. First at their Chelsea store, useful advice by Kurt Buckley, followed by systematic, customer friendly follow-up to close the sale. 5 stars for sure for both Kurt Buckley and Timothy Oulton!

The best experience in furniture shopping I ever had !!!! First of all the biggest shout out to the gallery manager “Luke Dixon “ who introduced me to this amazing brand , I can’t emphasize enough how awesome “Luke Dixon” is ! He is very professional, he has great knowledge about the brand , and his personality is just awesome, fun , friendly, welcoming, and reliable. If you are not familiar with Timothy Oulton , I highly recommend, visiting their showroom , at HD butter cup , on Venice blvd , you would think you have entered a museum! Just give it a chance , and you will see what I mean .

Exceptional sales team, gave great advice and help with no nonsense approach. The delivery team were extremely professional, and didn't complain or protest about tight spaces and multiple stair cases to navigate. The product itself is probably the comfiest sofa I have ever sat on, the range is very flexible and allows an almost bespoke sofa build to fit any space. Couldn't recommend HIGHLY ENOUGH

I recently bought three pieces of Timothy Oulton furniture. The pieces are beautifully crafted and I am very happy with the quality, look and feel. A special mention to the customer service, which was world class from the minute I entered the store to the final delivery. My Sales Ambassador, Emeric, accommodated all my requests and efficiently and supportively solved for not one but two curve balls along the process to ensure I got the goods on a very specific day. Last but not least, I was also impressed with the delivery service: protective materials were laid on the floor to ensure no damage to the carpets and wood floors, all pieces were installed, inspected and the packaging taken away. Thank you so much for a fantastic customer experience!
