Upon entering the Timothy Oulton in Culver City, we were warmly greeted by Ambassador Luke Dixon. We weren't sure what we were looking for but we knew we wanted to furnish our new residence with T.O.. To say Luke was knowledgeable and enormously helpful is an understatement. He went above and beyond in helping with the layout and decorating of our new place. He spent countless hours talking with us and patiently answered all of our questions. And yes, with Luke's eye for design, we did furnish our space with many T.O. pieces. Four years later I consider Luke a dear friend and just a couple of weeks ago reached out to him in need of some new pieces.

Jade was fantastic to work with from the moment I stepped in the door - he was so patient and pleasant both at the store as well as through iterating on the design of my sectional. The quality of the materials and the design are great.

A chance walk by and we saw our perfect sofa. Kurt was helpful, polite and professional and made our shopping experience really enjoyable. Within minutes we had brought a sofa along with a chair that I will happily call my own. We are already looking forward to visiting the Chelsea store and seeing Kurt again.

Put in a couple of orders through Kurt, nice friendly and process is easy. Furniture on its way. Also staff in the showroom were very helpful and lovely to deal with.

My first visit to Timothy Oulton and what a beautiful shop 🤩 We were greeted by Kurt who guided us through various options for our new bed. Kurt was helpful and polite. Albeit my first visit but definitely will not be my last, highly recommend this store for unique furniture and excellent customer service.

The experience I had with Joshua and Timothy Oulton has been excellent. They did everything they said they would do perfectly. Joshua was very kind and proud of this position and his company. He projected excellence from day one and then proved they were excellent. The product is superior in every way. It is worth the wait. This furniture is heavy. It is made well and delivered as if it was made down the street. No damage and on time as promised. I liked Joshua as a friend, and we communicated well every time. Visited the Hong Kong gallery to purchase some furniture for my living room. The team was really helpful and pleasant especially Oscar Also great pieces and layout really made them stand out. Will come back.
