The level of customer service at Timothy Oulton is definitely second to none. I bought a sofa from a Timothy Oulton retailer that the leather came out too dark and the retailer exchanged the sofa. The new sofa is absolutely beautiful, the new safari charcoal leather Nirvana sofa is just so beautiful! The Bluebird store home design service was excellent and have really worked with what I have and added extra to give my lounge and snug a give it a wow factor that is admired by everyone that visits. A real statement lounge and snug and I can’t wait to consult the design team to add more Timothy Oulton pieces! The thing about Timothy Oulton is not just the products that speak for themselves but the high level of excellent customer service that sets the bar very high. The tables look nice. The wood is poor quality soft wood from China.

We are delighted with our new sofa as is everyone who visits and sits on it! Tracey was so helpful in the ordering process and also went above and beyond in ensuring our sofa was delivered to us before Easter even though not scheduled until the following week!

I casually walked in Timothy Oulton Los Angeles, and Luke Dixon welcome us. I got to look around many furniture stores but Luke is the best sales guy I've ever met. He is super friendly and knows exactly what he does. His great sense of aesthetics and niceness led me to pick out wonderful pieces out of tons of great options in this beautiful store, yea, turns out it works! Great Service and help(Rachel) of course great design and products would definetly recommend them rather than picking something online and worrying about it.
