We can highly recommend Chloe's senior ambassador sales assistant at the Bluebird gallery. Chloe was extremely friendly, attentive, patient and clearly understands the products. She was able to offer great suggestions as to which pieces were most appropriate in our new home where we are aiming to create a specific atmosphere. We will definitely be asking her to suggest more pieces going forwards.

It's easy to be overwhelmed by the quality, scale and opulance of the products sold by Timothy Oulton - what I found to be equally impressive was the customer service i received from Sales Ambassador, Fjolla Buja. From the first "welcome" to the final "hope to see you again soon" Fjolla provided me support, guidance and more than a bit of patience on selecting the right furniture for my newly renovated apartment. Without her assistance, I'm sure my flat would not look quite as good as it now does.

Fjolla was very helpful, and knowledgable, answered all our questions, and even brought a sample chair around to my flat to see what it looks like in situ.
