She provided mock-ups that allowed us to see if our lights would be a good fit (they were!). She was very personable and highly responsive. Also, our lights were delivered earlier than expected. I had the pleasure of working with Niloofar at the Timothy Oulton store in Los Angeles. From the moment I walked in, she treated me with a level of professionalism and respect I hadn’t experienced before at other furniture stores in Los Angeles. I originally came into the Timothy Oulton store to draw inspiration from my favorite brand and possibly purchase a few items to furnish my apartment. I worked with Chloe Gratter to put together an order of sofa, two chairs, carpet and some wall decoration , for international delivery ( I live in Switzerland). She was wonderful! She was knowledgable, clear communicator, very patient and super pleasant to deal with. I like to buy things when I am well sold by someone who knows their stuff and is highly professional. I am sure I would not have bought from TIMOTHY OULTON were it not for Chloe!
