A great experience all round and was made to feel like a valued member of the family. Nothing was too much for Neola even though it was late and they were in the process of shutting up shop. Be very careful ordering from this company. Most people including myself will fall in love with a beautiful furniture and will place an order. Unfortunately, your problems will start after the purchase. Not one single person called to follow up on my case post purchase. The store that I bought the furniture closed and the manager left. Then the phone numbers went dead and not one person from the company took over my case afterwards resulting in a mess of an experience. The website is useless and would not help. The company has no phone numbers to customer service on their website. I ended up calling random stores for help. First, they wanted to deliver the furniture and leave it in the street in the front of the house, even though I had paid for white glove delivery. Then the next four failed attempts resulted in last minute no shows by their third party delivery company. I lost a lot of money due to inability to go to work while waiting for arrival of the furniture on all 4 attempts. On the fifth delivery attempt, the delivered furniture was broken. The entire process required my time and effort to follow up. I made many emails and phone calls to many people. I begged them to help me. All of them could care less about the situation. The final result was wasted 4 months of my life and time and money and no furniture. Their solution to re-delivery was to wait another 15 weeks. Would you have accepted these conditions after the above nightmare? This company has no business selling furniture. They are a weak company with few employees. They use low ended service and third party companies who do not care about your time. They do not track your case. They do not care if its delayed. They do not proactively work on your case or followup on the issues to give you assurance. Sure they have beautiful furniture, but its just an art that will never get to your home. They are made in China and poorly packaged. They cannot deliver the furniture to your house with any imaginable standards. They do not even have anything in a warehouse ready for delivery. If you are rich, retired and could care less when the furniture will arrive if ever, then go ahead and gamble. If you have a job and in need of a furniture for functionality in your house like a real dining table or coffee table etc ... then stay away from Timothy Oulton. Order # 68582; Purchase date Sept 22, 2022. Arrived broken on Jan 19, 2023. Company didn't even call me after broken table was rejected. When I called them, they couldn't care less and were so indifferent on the phone.

Our house is under renovation and we need to look for a bench for my wooden 8 seater dining table. As soon as I walked in, I found the pieces displayed in their showroom are really one of a kind. The staff allow us enough time to browse around and then proceed to ask us what we are looking for without pressure. After I told them what I want, they showed me this wonderful leather bench. I was told we can have it custom made in the colour that we want. When we told them we have cats as pets and they might scatch the furniture, they introduced us to a very durable type of leather. PERFECT! We bought the bench and was told we can have it by Jan. 21st 2023. And it was delivered one day early in good condition, just in time for the Chinese New Year. Thanks to Edith and her staff, my shopping experience is hassle free and fun. Thank you Timothy Oulton!
