I've just purchased two chairs from the Kings Road store. Kurt was so helpful and friendly, and was very patient when I couldn't decide whether to buy them or not! I took my children and my dog in several times to try the chairs and we were all made to feel very welcome. It's a really relaxed environment in the showroom which makes furniture shopping fun. Can't comment on the shop as I bought my sofas from Barker and Stonehouse the quality is not good at all and is highly over priced for what you get

Brilliantly iconoclastic

I love Timothy Oulton! The staff at the Horizon Plaza gallery, particularly Oscar, are so helpful and knowledgeable. And also really patient! - I've bought sofas and footstools from them on three separate occasions and spent a lot of timing deciding on what to get - and everyone has been unfailingly accommodating in helping me work out the right styles and colours. The furniture is beautiful, well-made and extremely comfortable - I always tell visitors to my place that the one-seater should come with a 'may cause drowsiness' warning. I can't recommend TO highly enough - go to Horizon Plaza and see for yourself - and the team will really look after you.

Ariel was the most hospitable host and showed us around the whole gallery explaining how everything was produced with time honoured techniques. It is the most incredible place with amazing and original pieces on display. The fabrics and designs are fabulous and we had an exceptional time absorbing the atmosphere and admiring the craftsmanship of the display pieces. We will definitely come back next time we’re in London.

i visited this shop at Horizon Plaza a few times and I purchased an one seat sofa before. Today i visit the shop again. The staff in this shop are as amazing as before they are so professional. They explained fully to me how the fabric of sofa made from. Each items of furniture they explained so good and professional both in the material and its historical background. I have never visited a shop having such a friendly, professional and true hearted team. I really love this shop especially the staff there. I sure will come again as well as introduce it to friends around.
