Rother Valley Optics: Excellent Service!

Rother Valley Optics are my go to whenever I need anything for my telescope (which I also bought from them). They have a very knowledgeable, experienced and helpful staff. Their customer service is excellent and always there to help with any questions. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I bought the Baader Mark III Laser…

I bought the Baader Mark III Laser Collimator well worth the money ,my scope was quite far out of collimation within 2 mins it was all done . I have shopped at rvo for many years now the staff have great knowledge and very friendly .

Great company to deal with

It makes a refreshing change to deal with a company that has a good customer service and knowledge and confidence in the products they sell. I had done some online research into binoculars for bird watching. There is a lot of poor quality rubbish out there and it took time to find a quality pair for a price I could afford. I decided on a pair which I found on the RVO Webb site. After placing my order I received a call from their customer service. They apologised and informed me the model I had ordered was now out of stock and their supplier could not deliver until later in the year. Another model was recommended which had all the attributes of the ones I had wanted. The binoculars were delivered within a couple of days by courier and I was very pleased with the quality of the product and the service I had received. I would certainly recommend this company which also offer their own two year guarantee on the products they sell.

I honestly can't rate this company highly enough! Went above and beyond with my order of a beautiful telescope that looks superior quality! The customer care and service is exceptional ...Thank you Darien you are amazing! Received my order the next day, less than 24hrs, unbelievable. I ordered some equipment for my telescope on 24th June and promptly received a reply. Told me they would send it out to me on the Monday. Then Monday came and my order arrived at 13.15. Amazing!!! Got the email to say that it was on its way 2 hours later. Excellent service.

RVO are stars

RVO - and Adam especially, with whom I've mainly dealt - have been fantastic with me since I began purchasing products from them in 2019. As a newbie back then I needed help: RVO helped me all the way. Today I need a non-stock item only available from an online-only retailer with whom I've recently experienced 'attitudinal friction' leaving me feeling less important than the company I'm buying from. I asked RVO whether they could source it - yes, all sorted, no need to stress. Why on earth did I ever approach that online company? Thank God for RVO is all I can say. Nick H.
