Very helpful, even for the smallest of questions, When buying from them the process is simply and they keep you up to date, of your purchase's progress. My only negative is that if you buy something small like a filter, the cost of postage is £20 to the north east of Scotland when the item could have been sent by royal mail large letter for a few pounds. But it just means I have to save an order to be more than £100 before sending the order to make it worthwhile. They would have gotten five stars if it wasn't for the postage.
