UPDATE: I have all my emails to your company saved and will publish them publicly if needed. You should review more thoroughly. I placed an order on Dec. 9th 2021 and it has been a non-stop battle to try to get my item. I still have not received it! Customer service is terrible with practically no response rate. I track the item and it has been stuck in Switzerland since Dec. 23rd. I can only assume they delivered it to someone else since I live in the USA! The have not acknowledged my several emails requesting a refund since they refuse to address the issus. I either want my product I paid for or a refund! Super frustrating. So, beware before you order! You may not get anything you pay for.

Well i have to say after a stressful 8 weeks my knifes finally arrived ... ( second package turned up .. After countless emails back and fourth.. from tracking numbers that did not exist.. from 1 package to 3 packages .. I thought it was a scam i was sure of it .. but nope they are NOT A SCAM .. but .. they have alot to work on as a company.. even tho they assured me in every email my package was safely on the way.. they completely missed the fact my order was in 2 packages .. even after researching my case for 3 weeks .. make you think if they ever really did .. But i received a free knife holder .. that turned up before my knifes .. and i received 60 Australian back ... I also wrote a 1 star review here 3 weeks ago .. and almost instantly a worker called matt contacted me . He was very helpful and if it wasnt for him this review would be a 3 ... Knifes are beautiful !! I just started working in a fine dining restaurant and the head chef was impressed with them, hes been a chef 21 years. This made me feel good about the purchase.. they are sharp ! But with a little sharpen they get alot sharper ! The blade are quite sticky tho food just sticks to it .. hopfully with more use and some washes this changes ... but over all very impressed.. Well done razar .. you ended up with a 4 star review ... head ache over !

I bought these knives for my husband as a Christmas gift. They did take a bit of time to arrive but did so literally the day before. The knives appear to be well made and look lovely. They are extremely sharp. They, however, did not arrive boxed which was disappointing. The had the protective cover on the blade then were wrapped in bubble wrap. Not great considering this was a gift. I had bought a separate knife after this which was boxed nicely. Not sure why the set was not boxed!! The delivery time was longer than expected but we did receive them. The tracking number didn’t particularly work and was not helpful. The communication was excellent from the company and they did respond to my emails very quickly.

As honest a review as possible! I received my parcel this morning after ordering on the 10th of December. The knives were actually only dispatched on the 28th of December. I received a tracking number on the 14th of December but was unable to track it until last week. However, the customer service was fab and I received a reply to every single email I sent them. I was sceptical at 1st about the knives as I stupidly ordered 1st and then read the reviews so after reading a few I panicked and thought I had been scammed. I was assured by the team that I would get my parcel and that the delay was due to royal mail. Anyway I bought the set of 9 knives from the Phantom series with the green resin handle. The presentation box was lovely on the outside but inside the red velvet was peeling away and slightly ripped but I don't think that's a dealbreaker. My partner who is a chef liked them very much. On 1st inspection, you can tell they are not top of the range knives, however, they look good quality and are very sharp. Time will tell if they are going to last long term once they are being used regularly and once they have been sharpened etc. For the price of £144 (after black Friday discount), no postage or customs charge to UK either btw, I feel like they are worth what I paid. It works out at £16 per knife! Not too bad in my opinion. I don't know if they are well balanced as I have no clue about stuff like that. I know they are made in China but you get what you pay for and they do look the part. The laser etched damascus pattern is a nice touch too. Negatives from this purchase are that on their website it says the knives are hand made in Europe which they are not. They clearly come from China. The delivery was a bit longer than expected due to this but it was Xmas period too. Positives were that my partner likes them and I though the price was OK, they look good and customer service was great. All in all, if over time the knives are still in one piece and have used and sharpened well, then it was money well spent. I've given a 3 star review just because I was led to believe the knives were handmade in Europe, the packaging on the inside of the box was slightly damaged and the delivery was longer than stated. I will update after a few months of use x I just also want to add that I did do a bit of research after reading that some people had found the same knives on Ali express. I found green handled knives online that were similar but they didn't look identical to the ones I ordered in my opinion. The handles were slightly different and the colour looked different too x

I’m someone who has owned many knife sets in my lifetime. The Azure series are the best set i’v ever owned. They’re beautiful and dangerously sharp 🥵😍. Have since bought more knives as gifts for my granddad and sister, they are just as superb. Shipping times as promise, highly recommend, thank you!

Love the fact that this company is replying to reviews but not replying to emails sent directly to their support email… brilliant! Shows exactly where their priorities are! I have sent 2 emails to which neither has been responded to. I placed an order on 1st jan. Says items were shipped on 7th… tracking gives me zero info and has been the same for the last 3 days. Pretty damn sure Royal Mail don’t take this long to deliver a parcel or update tracking information. Razar you have some questions to answer to which I may consider editing my review. However there seems to be many reviews just like mine on here! EDIT Since making my complaint, within 30 minutes I got a response on here. Even though I’ve been waiting a week for a response via email. Proves what I said previously about priorities. I’ve since emailed back and got fobbed off with similar things as other reviews about Royal Mail being busy. I have also just had a phone call, it is currently 20:53 and they responded to my hello with ‘good morning’. So… in the uk?! It doesn’t suggest so.
