Still waiting…3 weeks later

I ordered my knives for my dad for Christmas the 1st week of December, had no issues charging my card for the knives…but my order has been “waiting for pickup” since December 14. Clearly I’m not getting these in time for Christmas and now I’m left scrambling trying to get something else as a “big gift” ….Thanks Radar Knives…if this changes I’ll update but so far not impressed… Update: Razar has been very quick to provide updated information on my set of knives for my dad’s Christmas gift. They definitely put me at ease on my order. Well done Razar on your customer service for that and the quick response I gave it 4 stars, up from the previous 2. Left room for the actual review of the knives when we get them.

Disappointed

After ordering at the start of the month I haven’t heard anything to do with my order, when I try to track my order on the website apparently there’s no order with that number however I have order confirmation emails. I have emailed a number of times and have had no response. If this changes I’ll update this however currently I don’t see that happening.

Amazing Addition To My Kitchen

Amazing Addition To My Kitchen! I ordered these after my boyfriend showed me them on Facebook and I knew I had to have them. I got the Wasabi Series since it matched the vibe of my kitchen best but all the series look super cool. Very sharp and by far the nicest knives I own!

Truely awesome

I was looking for a new set of knives I ordered the wasabi range . When they arrived and I opened the box the knives were better than I thought and sharp! is an understatement they are a pleasure to use and to hold ,I highly recommend if you don't have any yet get some they are truely awesome thank you Razor knives I will certainly be recommending these to all my friends .

I ordered on the 5th December, not received

I ordered on the 5th December. Royal mail has apparently been awaiting the parcel for 7 days now. Emailed, razar...no reply. Contacted on Messenger, but apparently package has been dispatched to Royal mail (of course) but I don't see why that is taking a week or more. Nobody is actually looking into my order just reassuring me it is on the way and to be patient. I think 17 days since ordering is beyond patient. Please can someone from razar provide me with a suitable explanation and some actual information as to where exactly my order is not just a bit of guesswork? In response to your reply my order number is ORDER #*****. My royal mail tracking number is *************. Look forward to your response. So after the above I have now received a full refund. Not what I wanted but at least I won't be out of pocket. Razar claim I will still receive the knife. I did tell them if that is the case I do not want a refund but they insisted. If the knife does arrive I will update this review again.

Over the years, I’ve tried and tested many knives, but none will ever come close to these, such a beautiful piece and so effective, made even more amazing by the super helpful and efficient customer and delivery service,cannot fault!

Total scam

Total scam! We have spent almost £200 on knives. Not arrived. Same excuse as everybody else! Royal Mail are busy! Emails responses are ineffective and just telling us they will be coming. Will not issue a refund despite requesting one. Do not buy from this company. I will be reporting to trading standards.

Fantastic knifes, highly recommend

Fantastic customer service delivered through Instagram, they were able to help me decide the perfect set of knifes as well as provide quick delivery to ensure I received for Christmas. The knifes are stunning, high quality and delivered in a gift box. I haven’t tried them yet as they are a gift for my partner but already know he’ll love them too. Next thing to do is get the accessories ordered to finish off the set. Highly recommend if your looking for high quality but also aesthetically pleasing knifes.

This company is a scam do not buy from them.

This company is a scam do not buy from them. I have spent near on £200 to receive no items and be provided with a fake/dud royal mail tracking number of which has apparently been updating for nearly 2 weeks!! These people are true scammers please please do no give them your money I have raised the company with my banks fraud team and im awaiting a response email from razar to confirm when they will be issuing my refund for the items they have never set and probably do not exist until I receive my refund I intend to make any potential buyers away of these scammers!!!!
