GREAT QUALITY KNIVES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE…

We just received our knives and they are beautiful! We have them displayed above our gas range on a walnut stained wood bar and WOW! What a piece of art they are and a great “conversation piece”. The quality of the knives are above expectation and we are so pleased! We contacted Razarknives on a Sunday….to advise we received the knives and they returned a reply within minutes! On a Sunday yet! GREAT KNIVES…GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE…THANK YOU!

Will adjust review - once we have an update

Update* I am happy to possibly have a resolution to our problem. Razar has reached out (a different person) and they are willing to help correct our missing order. I have adjusted the stars but will leave the original review below until we have everything sorted out, at that point I will remove and adjust the total review. We placed our order September 27th 2021 and no product has arrived. After speaking back and forth to customer service a dozen times we are no closer to a resolution. I have been told I need to physically go to my post office to check for the missing package, as well as I have been advised to contact customs myself to have them check for our missing package. Our tracking number has not moved since Nov 17th. And customer service will neither replace our order or refund us.

These are wonderful knives

These are wonderful knives. We got them a year ago for Christmas and have used them daily. They sharpen excellent and stay as beautiful as they started. They are a center peice of our kitchen hung on magnetic wood! Worth the money.

Fantastic knives & great customer service

Fantastic knives! I bought these for my husband for Christmas, they came really quickly and I’m so impressed with the quality. I got in touch with the customer service team recently who responded really quickly too and were so helpful! Would recommend Razar Knives 100%. You won’t be disappointed!

I've had a Razar knife for some time…

I've had a Razar knife for some time now and felt the need to leave a review after seeing some of the negative comments on here regarding service / delivery. Firstly let's talk about delivery . . . we're in the middle of a pandemic and a few weeks before Christmas, what do you expect? I've got my eyes on a complete set from Razar at the moment, but I know that it's not going to arrive for the big day . . . that's my fault for waiting too. Next . . . service . . . OK, I've never had any problems talking to Razar via Facebook / Instagram and most of my messages are returned within 24 hours. Finally . . . the knifes . . . for the price point I don't think you'll find better. Like I said, I've had mine for several months and if you look after them then they are just perfect . . . seriously sharp! Anyway, enough said . . . just felt like I should share my experience . . . Razar isn't a 'scam' company . . . they are just a business that is coping with higher demand, COVID and the festive period like the rest of us . . .

I bought the Azure series about a year…

I bought the Azure series about a year ago now and can still confidently say they're one of the best purchases I made for my kitchen. Still extremely sharp and no rust in sight. Very pleased with my order so i may add a new range to my collection soon. Many thanks.

Still waiting, keep getting fobbed off (sorted now)

Still waiting for my knife to arrive, after multiple emails sent stating my correct address, as they said i had provided an invalid one, bizzare! Anyway, tried to find out what was going on, multiple emails, it was all a bit vague the answers I got, postcode not matching town, courier to blame, suggesting I recoup from carrier, 😲 Eventually I did get a refund from them, but I suggest you read reviews and make your own call. My experience was not so good.

I ordered a set of Phantom series…

I ordered a set of Phantom series sapphire chefs deluxe 9 piece knives set on Nov 29th. I had a confirmation email of the order within minutes with a note saying ‘we’re getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent’. However since then I’ve heard nothing. Their website says delivery is 7–14 business days and states fast customer support. No sign of the delivery yet. I’ve sent an email asking for shipping information. I received an email apologising for the delay and they will look into the order and get back to me.

Best knives I've ever bought

I ordered the Phantom series - Sapphire Chefs bundle - 9 piece set and very happy with the set. The knives are very sharp, easy to clean and feel great in your hands. They look beautiful in the holder too. The customer service is also very helpful and quick to respond. Would definitely recommend :)
