If I could provide less than one star I would. I am in the process of seeking recompense from my bank and have notified Trading Standards. I think this is a scam and hope you skip through the positive reviews which all appear to have a similar theme. I placed my order three weeks ago, received confirmation of the order and a Post Office Tracking number quite quickly. All good I thought but since that date the tracking of the shipment hasn't moved. I have called several times but the call is forwarded to an answer machine, anytime of day or night. I have asked for a response by e mail, so far I have received no reply by e mail or phone and certainly not the knife. My expectations are low and suspect I have lost the value of the knife (£99) but hope that this prevents other people from losing their money. I will visit the address shown on the website and report back. Subsequent to this review a polite call was made by James who handles the "socials" for Razarknives. He couldn't offer me any solution or news on my order and suggested I watch the tracking of my shipment. As I explained the tracking of the shipment hasn't changed since the 30th November. Apparently I will hear from the company on Monday. As soon as I have positive news I am willing to share the response but as of yet, other than an e mail asking me to contact them (which I did again by phone and e mail) I have nothing but disappointment to report. Today someone from Razarknives rang and wanted more information. I'm not really too sure what else they needed as they have my order number and money plus the delivery address. They (Razarknives) have also disputed the review with Trustpilot so I have had to send the order confirmation as verification to Trustpilot. It couldn't get any better! I also received an e mail from Jicks at Razarknives who was checking with their despatch dept to see where the order was. Not too sure why he sent the e mail, he could have found that out before sending the e mail in the first place.

High quality and it looks so expensive. Happy to have it. The best deal for this price. Came in quickly. Highly recommend!

This is the worse experience I have ever had with any "company" I brought a set of knifes that all arrived damaged due to how they were made and had to fight to get them sent back over multiple emails. After being forced to pay for the return postage which is actually against consumer law and they had confirmed that they had arrived back and keep saying they will refund me but will not tell me when I can expect it so I have had to get Paypal involved and I am still waiting as it has been over 2 weeks which is again against consumer law. I am now in a dispute as they are asking for the knifes to be returned when they know they already have and I have the proof After a bit of research I realised that they buy the knifes off Ali Express for a fraction of their selling price and put a stamp on the knifes to look like theirs and that the knifes come from China. All of this is ran by a single person by the name of Jicks who actually had me return the knifes to their personal home address rather than a business address because there is none

I’ve owned the Azure knife set now for over a year and love them. I live in a tropical climate next to the ocean so lots of salt in the air which causes constant problems with metal products, even stainless steel. Not these knives though! No rust, still as sharp as they were when new and they are used daily. They are a great product and I highly recommend them.

These are the best knives I have ever had i have had them for about a year now and they are still my favorite set I have ever owned. I recommend getting a honing rod from them to sharpen them before you use it and get an electric sharpener and use that once a month so they stay razar sharp.

Purchased the Gladiator knife after I seen it on social media and to be honest was dubious at first at the price was that good. Honestly, such a good good knife, particularly at that price point! I’ve paid double with others as I cook & BBQ a lot and the quality & comfort isn’t as good as my Gladiator. Plus it looks so cool haha The customer service was top notch as well which always makes me feel comfortable when buying

I ordered one knife on 29th October and haven’t received it. I have emailed the company twice to chase a tracking number and have been told by Jicks ‘ We understand your frustration right and we extremely apologize for the delay in your order. We already contacted our shipping team regarding your tracking number. Still no tracking number, I have since emailed asking for a refund but don’t hold out much hope of a response. Complete rip off, I should have checked on here first before ordering anything and the gmail email address is a dead giveaway too. Update - after posting this review I received an email saying they are disappointed with my review and would refund me and if the knife turns up I can keep it. They have had issues with the delivery people. So I have now received my refund and have increased the stars to two.
