Extremely happy with my order! The knives I ordered arrived quickly and in excellent condition. The aesthetics are on point and as shown in the photos :) Added bonus is their very responsive customer service who helped me with my questions during my purchase. Will definitely order again!

I placed my order on 31/10/21 and was told it had been shipped 8/11/21… 10 days later and it still hasn’t been dropped off with Royal Mail (the carrier that they have used, not DHL as stated on their website) their “support” is one guy who’s generic response is “I’ve passed this on to management and I’ll inform you when they get back to me” and then on Saturday 13th “ Thank you so much for your message for us. Please be informed that upon further checking on our end, it shows that our shipping team was currently despatching your order to Royal Mail, the courier of your order.” Spoilers, It still hasn’t been received by Royal Mail according to the tracking info Jicks provided me with. Their “24/7 customer support” has a phone number that goes straight to a voicemail box. Update Since posting the review I have received an apology for the lack of effective communication and a promise that my issue will be addressed

These are the sharpest knives I’ve ever owned! I have the Hayami collection and it is beautiful, each knife is razor sharp and it makes my prep work a lot easier. Highly recommend!

Update. The after-sales team have now stated that they would gladly exchange the defective knives. What a good response. I am really pleased as it is such a cool set of knives that look the business in my kitchen. Great looking set of knives. Until the handles all start cracking in a few months. A lot of money wasted. Ordered a set of the Phantom series back in March. Really durable and still as sharp as they day I opened the box. Great knives reccomend highly.
