I love them

I love them! Have the azure and wasabi series and the snaga! Super sharp and excellent craftsmanship. 10/10 recommend. Just wish the wasabi series were packed like the azure, shipping was rough and broke the tip on one of the knives :( other than that they are awesome!

Poor customer service, pressed ahead with delivery even after order cancelled and have held onto my money for a week past cancellation date. below is the conversation i had with a razar representative over paypal, since they do not seem to be capable of responding to me via email. I have attempted to contact the seller of the product on three seperate occasions to cancel the order, which i am legally allowed to do as this is within the 14 day 'cooling off period' after purchasing goods or services online, to which i have had no response regarding a refund. please advise what information i need to proviide in order to effect an immediate return of funds, as it has been a week already and i have heard nothing back the first email requesting cancellation was dated just hours after the original payment went through Razarknives 16 August 2021 at 12:13:43 BST Hi Sam, your order has been shipped. If you would like to return your order, please return them to our returns address which is- 46 hooker road, nr79ul,Norwich,norfolk 16 August 2021 at 12:21:53 BST dear razarknives team, please explain to me why you have ignored my emails for more than a week and shipped the package despite receiving my cancellation request THE SAME DAY, and then only responding when I have taken this directly to paypal. please effect the return of monies immediately and with no cost to myself in line with my consumer rights as again, I cancelled the order only hours after it was placed. I will take this further if i am expected incur any costs with this return, as you have ignored my email and pushed ahead with shipping in order to keep hold of my money for a longer period of time

lovely knifes, just purchased a second set as a xmas present for my father. A great selection best knifes ive ever had, being a “leftie” i have struggled over the years with knifes but i can use these with ease. Thanks Razar

All show...no go.

I have had the Phantom set for 4 months now. I have held off on my review simply because I think you should use something for it's purpose before writing a review. Yes they are beautiful to look at...at least at first. Yes they are sharp...also at first. I noticed only after a hand full of uses the edge retention is horrible. Don't bother to attempt to sharpen them because they literally crumble during hand sharpening. I am a Chef and have been for 25 years...I have a little experience with knives. Really the only thing these knives are good for is wall art as other positive reviews show.

Not a great experience

Update: Since placing my review the company has dealt with the outstanding refund and has issued the money back immediately and apologised. Even though I have my money back, this does not change my overall experience with them which wasn't great! I ordered a set of Azure knives beginning of May, then all of a sudden on the 17th May some knives arrive not from DHL as advised on their website by Hermes. I received no dispatch notification to say these had been shipped. I opened the package and I realised the wrong knives had been sent. I notified them of the error immediately, and they asked me to post the incorrect knives back and they will cover the cost of shipping. I sent these by next day special delivery and arrived with them on the 19th May. The company never informed me they arrived and after further research, I decided i no longer wanted the order I originally placed and asked for a refund. From that moment It was just multiple lies. On the 21st May I was told they would issue the refund that day. Multiple days passed, still no refund. I was chasing on a regular basis and still nothing. Kept being assured the refund was issued when deep down I knew it hadn't. Was then told they issued the refund on the 26th May, but still would not provide proof. Multiple emails later, and finally at 10pm on 05/06 I received a refund notification for the order total and not the extra cost of postage. On the 08/06 my refund for the order was received. To date I have been emailing and messaging trying to get a refund of the postage money of £33.39 to no avail. They said they would have to issue BACS payment for the postage money to which I agreed to. That was 2 weeks ago and still no sign of a refund. Everytime I kept chasing I would either not get a response or I was told it was with the accounts team and they were only customer service, so nothing more they could do. I have kept all emails and messages as proof. Just give me money back.
