AVOID. ordered a hayter lawnmower. As with most of the reviews on here I did not receive my order. Paid in full, told delivery 10-12 days. Received a tracking number and was instantly concerned as delivery was from china and hayter lawn mowers are produced in UK, but though I would give them a chance. Tracking stated delivered but nothing was received. Chased garstore and told they would provide a new tracking number, which was never received. Excuse after excuse and delay after delay. After two months I informed garstore that I had contacted Klarna and reported them to hayter who produce the lawn mowers. I then received my credit in 3 days. Interestingly hayter advised that they are NOT an authorised supplier for them and that their lawyers had told garstore to remove their products.

Bought a Karcher K7 Premium pressure…
Bought a Karcher K7 Premium pressure washer from them, today arrived a cheap chinese lance, No Karcher pressure washer. Tried to contact them via chat, and Phone. Number is out of action. Pure Scammers site should be removed as outright Fraudulent. Have resorted to getting a refund from my credit card provider. Avoid at all Costs.

Shocking , item never received , no response to emails, requested refund , still waiting 10 days later! In response to the reply below , I have contacted your support team who have said I will get a refund and I am still waiting for this over 3 weeks now, every time I ask where it is I get told it will be a few more days! I am now going via my credit card company to get refunded!

Waited near to a month for delivery to the wrong address
I ordered a BBQ and waited nearly a month for it to arrive, only to find out it was sent to the wrong address. Low price though... but outweighed by incompetence.

Update- still not received a refund weeks and weeks later. TOTAL SCAM. Yet to receive my refund despite what they have replied below. Unfortunately like many others on here I have never received my BBQ or my refund. This is quite clearly a company that is taking money from people without any intention of fulfilling the orders. I have experienced the same issues, with excuses of delivery partners being delayed or customs issues, but when I pressed for details, such as the name of the delivery partners, I would get no response. I managed to speak to someone once, and I could immediately tell this was not a professional company. Since then that number is no longer in use. This company is seemingly scamming people. My gut feeling is that any positive review on here is a fake positive. I am currently being fobbed off having been told my refund has been issued which it certainly has not. The response from Garstore written below is also untrue. I am yet to receive my refund. when I do receive my refund I will post this below, and gladly let you all know

I really wanted to be able to write a good review for Garstore but unfortunately I’ve fallen victim to the same tactics as many other customers on here. I ordered a Weber bbq on the 15th July and the confirmation email stated that the bbq would be delivered within 8-12 business days. I queried this with web chat and was informed there was a 2-3 day delay on that and that the bbq would arrive by 5th august at the latest. They informed me that the bbq was being dispatched from Europe and I would get an email when it was dispatched telling me the delivery day. Today, with 2 days to go until that deadline, I queried why I still haven’t received an email to say it’s been dispatched (2 days for an item to be delivered from mainland Europe to the uk is pretty unrealistic). The person on web chat told me that the item is already in transit but I hadn’t received a dispatch email because it’s being sent to them first to make sure the items are all ok after being in customs (?!). I was then informed that the bbq will be with me Saturday afternoon. As that delivery date was so specific I asked when it would be dispatched, to which I was given the standard reply “you will receive an email when it’s dispatched”. I asked 3 or 4 times “if you know it is coming Saturday afternoon you must know when it’s being dispatched” but always the same response “I’ve just told you that you will get an email when it’s dispatched” and “be patient”. I’m sorry but almost 3 weeks with no clear idea of when the bbq will actually get dispatched or delivered is beyond being patient. I asked for a refund on their web chat but they stopped replying so I’ve raised a dispute through clear pay. I just hope I get my money back as I’ve paid over £400 already. The only positive I can say is that the person on web chat responds quickly, but unfortunately I don’t trust anything that they say. They also stop responding once you ask for a refund. It’s possible this is all a scam, but If this truly is a new company having issues with stock and delivery then honesty would go a long way. If you’re up front with people from the get go about how long delivery will take then you’re less likely to have such terrible reviews. Constantly telling customers to be patient and giving wishy washy responses just makes you seem like you don’t actually know yourself when you’ll have the item to send.
