I bought a new generator three weeks ago. Paying was a nightmare as thier website has issues and customer service wasn't exactly helpful. Watching the ever slow delivery progress the package finally arrived and it was a cheap plastic sprayer lance worth less than a tenner in place of a 400 pound generator. They eventually sorted that and it has finally been resolved with the new one arriving but it took alot of effort and a bad review to get action. In short cheap stuff, yes, but at the expense of a painful process, difficult service and numerous issues. We got there eventually but it was far more difficult than it should have been.

Ordered a 10ft Bestway pro steel pool it took a week longer than expected but is the genuine article. So for the money well worth the extra wait.

I ordered a new Hyundai HYM3800e mower from Garstore on July 25th 2022. I paid directly via my online bank account. I then went to Trustpilot and was horrified to read the negative reviews. I have to say in their favour that Garstore did keep me informed of progress every couple of days, but, because I had read so many negative reviews I was pessimistic about the arrival. I needn't have worried. The brand new mower arrived today, in Perfect Condition. Well done Garstore! I hope my review will restore some faith in Garstore for future buyers. I will have no hesitation in buying from them again, as their price was the most competitive I could find after perusing the well known online sellers

Have never wrote a review before but this company left me no option. Absolute SCAMMERS! Order item, they provided fake tracking then said I issued wrong tracking number when I chased up my order three weeks later. I asked to cancel order and a refund to be issued. I'm still awaiting on this over another three weeks! I've contacted Klarna and my banck to report and try and obtain a refund. PLEASE STAY CLEAR OF THIS FAKE COMPANY

This company? is a SCAM. Please do not buy anything!!. I have been waiting for a refund for a month and they have not done anything. They just fob you off with delaying tactics and excuses AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS !!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!!

Definately a fake company - they say they ship from "Europe" but dont say where. The prices are unrealistic and too cheap... you will end losing your money with these scammers

This is not a shop. He imports from a merchant from china , then delivered to his so called shop, ordered a Makita tool set waited 20 days no tracking order no email to confirm delivery, then told there was a delay , would have been another 20 days ! Got refund , paid through clear pay , or I would have waited weeks for refund off this person, don’t try ringing as there’s no answer, only on chat when you can get hold of him , then excuse after excuse, about delivery Just had a reply, sorry about that , refunded Great never bother again

Ordered a Makita leaf blower. After four weeks still no delivery. I cancelled the order and received a refund from Klarna. If your reading this and haven’t yet placed an order I would avoid this company.
