Order pressure washer which not arrived and the guy on the website chat just was pushing the next few days - for this is a pure scam! and they need to be prosecuted! Scam nothing more!

I ordered first and read reviews after, thinking I have been scammed but my item (Makita multi tool) came on time and delivered by Amazon for some reason? But for £35 cheaper than the RRP and what Amazon are listing it for. I can't see why this website has such bad reviews. I can only imagine they have issues fulfilling certain orders at the price they advertise at, which is an issue. They do however appear to refund if that is the case. Causing an inconvenience doesn't make it a scam and in my case I got my item 33% off and on time delivery. Thanks

Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME ON THIS SITE. Been waiting since June 25th for my order spent £400 on a swimming pool to be told wait untill early next week that's been 3 weeks now and no sign of my item or refund. Don't even try and ring the phone number as it doesn't work.

Placed an order 9th June for pressure washer still not received, keep being told stuck in customs. Now I’m asking for a refund as paid through clear pay so hopefully will get refund Anyone else got refund via clear pay?

If I had taken time to read the numerous comprehensive reviews on Trustpilot prior to placing an order I would definitely have decided against it. Whilst I have only been waiting 2.5 weeks since placing my order the promise of dispatch a few days ago has come and gone and was clearly just another delaying tactic which many have suffered. A check on Companies House shows the company was only registered on 22 February (G&H Goods Trade Ltd) under its trading name this year and has a single director, Joseph Lazeta who is a Croatian national. What is most striking from Trustpilot is the numerous responses from Garstore which are just cut and paste replies saying sorry and you have been refunded, despite many of the reviews not mentioning any request for a refund and some just stating they wonder whether their order will ever show up. Clearly where they have replied they haven’t bothered to actually address or counter any of the points being highlighted which is very revealing in itself. A lesson here to research when things look so much more appealing than alternative competitors

I have sent messages and also rang them, they did not reply or pick up even after saying that they will reply within an hour on the web page. think its a scam after waiting a month don't waste your time or money.

Product eventually received but not product ordered.Been told its been refunded but have seen no sign of refund and again not answering emails

Scam, take your money give you a China tracking number that doesn’t work, ordered a lawnmower on 9th June promised 12 days delivery - it still hasn’t arrived, luckily I paid with Shoppay & they forced a refund

Don't be fooled by the discounted prices! The website all appears legitimate and I don't doubt that they can actually source some of the products in a reasonable timeframe, but for me, and many others it would seem, this was not the case. My guess is that they are sourcing these items from Ali Express and acting as a middle man, taking a mark up as their profit. When the order is later than the 8-12 business days that they promise, the play is to ask for more time. Luckily, I paid through Klarna, and they were excellent at getting me my money back. I don't think that they will be associated with Garstore for much longer, so if they are not, please do not send these people your hard earned cash. I would assume every 5 star review here is fake, with the accounts only ever having left a single review and that being with Garstore. I have no problem with the concept of what Garstore are doing, acting as a middle man and taking commission, it happens in almost every other business model in the world. What I do have a problem with is deceit and not refunding the people that have also reviewed here, of which I am sure there are more victims. Overall to be avoided. Pay the extra 10-20% to get the product, on time, with a proper returns avenue, from an accredited website.

Ordered a makita sander over a month ago, still says awaiting shipment, sent emails but no reply as yet. Not sure this is a legitimate company. DONT BUY FROM THEM update went through Klama after 2 months got refunded within 2 hours of Klama stepping in
