Prompt delivery

Despite all of the negative reviews here , my order arrived promptly , well before the 8 to 12 days dispatch time that the confirmation email suggested . Came within about 3 days and was dispatched via Amazon . Ordered direct from their website . Pleased with price and service .

Terrible delivery

Terrible delivery. I've been waiting for over 2 months, but still do not have the item yet. They haven't sent me any message regarding the delay either. I will never buy anything from Garstore. Never!!!!

Ignore the positive reviews by people who have only ever written one review, obviously fake, not received item, no replies to Emails and telephone number doesnt exist. SCAM!

I very rarely write reviews - only for exceptional or terrible service. sadly, this is the latter. promised 8-12 business days for delivery, now been waiting 6 weeks with no proper answer from customer service. i have requested a refund and waiting to hear back from them. i suggest avoiding this company if you can.

Tried to pay for an item adn they failed to take my money

Tried to pay for an item and payment failed 4 times...not due to lack of funds. contacting the chat line on Garstore website, I did not get any help and was advised to contact the payment assistnce support team without actually giving me a phone number or email. terrible customer service. Just went and purchsed the item from another site.

Absolutely terrible service

Absolutely terrible service, yet another company selling things it doesn't have. Any contact if fobbed off with excuses and requests for more time. If you don't want your money or the goods you pay for then use this lot, if on the other hand you want the goods you pay for along with some service....probably best to go elsewhere 😏

Waist of time

I order a lawn mower which should take a couple of weeks to delivery and after contacting the char service they keep saying will be next week to deliver. After six week they cancelled my order. Waist of time. Let see if the money appears in my credit card.

Should have trusted my gut

Ordered a circular saw on the 20th June, after a wait contacted the store to be told it was on it's way, eventually got tracking info and found the item was being shipped from China which I did not originally know. Eventually 2 power washer parts arrived!!! certainly nothing like a circular saw. Eventually got an email response that I would receive the circular saw in one week 25th July but on the 23rd my order on the garstore system was updated to refunded but not received a refund with Klarna are not much help either saying the "refund will be processed automatically" - I will believe it when I see it. UPDATE - it is now the 9th August and I have still not received my refund!!!!
