I’ve used Photobox for prints and photobooks recently and they are brilliant. Quality of the books is fantastic and also the delivery time is very reasonable.

The new layout is confusion to start with, I am just making a new photo book at the moment and when you look at the pictures in the book they look very grainy and writing in photos is not readable so I hope when the book is printed it will be as clear as it is in the photos.

I have used Photobox a lot in the past, but not so much recently. I took advantage of the Mother's Day discount to order a small Photobook of my grandchildren (I regarded it as Gandmother's Day as well) and I am delighted with the quality of the book, and some individual enlargements I ordered at the same time. One very happy Grandmother!

I am so fed up with the new photobox. The standard and ease of use is nowhere up to its previous incarnation. All my friends who had previously used the old version are equally disenchanted. Get your act together photobox or we will have to go elsewhere!

I wanted some fridge magnets for a couple of recipes and the only place I would consider ordering from was Photobox. I think this is the third time I have used them and again I was definitely not disappointed; whilst making my magnets a suggestion came on about mugs and I decided to get two of those as well. The website is very user friendly and service excellent as is the quality of the products. I have never had to contact them directly as everything has always been great and as expected. Now I have had wall canvas, a few photo books, fridge magnets and mugs and would not use anyone else.

I had ordered 3 photos via photobox and one if the pictures had turned around the other way but when I explained this to customer services they were great and cancelled the order and took another order with a coupon including free delivery.

As always very happy with the service and product this is just such a great way to have all your memories in one place. The wizard that picks and positions your photos is a great help

I often upload a few small versions of each photo with different tints and get them all printed to choose the best. When I go for the main print or reprints for family a few months later there are no file names on any of the images so I cant see which I finally ordered.

I make photo books for all my holidays. Really nice quality and well made. Bit pricey even when waiting for discounts but I guess it is expensive to make one off books.
