Everyone you meet from the initial contact, airport and hotel drivers, reception staff, managers, nurses, surgeons... they're all so professional and super friendly. I've had 2 procedures at MCAN and have been very happy with the whole experience both times. They're experts.

Mohsin Hussain I had a great experience with MCAN for my hair transplant. From the moment I arrived, everything was well organized. The hotel was comfortable, and they provided transportation from the airport to the hotel, as well as from the hotel to the clinic and back. The staff was extremely friendly and professional, taking excellent care of me throughout the procedure. They explained everything in detail, including the aftercare instructions for my hair. Even after the procedure, they stayed in touch with me via WhatsApp to ensure everything was going smoothly. Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience from start to finish.

I just had my second hair transplant surgery at MCAN. Although the results from the first surgery were better than I expected, I wanted to increase the density in a couple of areas, in addition to treating the crown area, which had not been done before. As always, the clinic staff was super attentive, from the second they pick you up at the airport, through the consultation with the surgeon, the skilled nurses and throughout the procedure. The five star care extends to the day following the procedure, when you go back to remove the bandages from your head and the surgeon does one final inspection to make sure everything is up to their very high standards. I can’t recommend the MCAN Clinic enough. If you’re in the market for a hair transplant, this is certainly the best option in Istanbul.

I've had such a great experience with MCAN. Recently had my 2nd hair transplant surgery as I needed some more filling and you could not ask for more from this clinic. Such great professionalism from the early stages and it just does not stop. Even though I had to travel to a different country, they made me feel like I was at home. From the picking up point from the airport, to dropping me at the hotel and checking me in and then taking me to the clinic where I was given great care and always been looked after. Even after the surgery the staff is making sure to keep in contact and any questions are promptly answered. I am extremly happy that I have came across these blessed people and with their help I am able to keep my hair and do college hairstyles again. Thank you, MCAN! You are the greatest!

I visited MCAN firstly in 2019 when I had my first hair transplant and I had a great experience from start to finish. I was really pleased with the results. Fast forward 5 years and I wanted/needed a second hair transplant in another area so I contacted MCAN who fit me in within 4 weeks of the first contact and looked after me given it was my second visit. Again, the experience from start to finish was great and I look forward to seeing the results. Hilal was great making sure I was comfortable and making sure we had all the information we need as well as being on hand to answer any questions on WhatsApp responding immediately which puts you at ease. The rest of the team at the clinic were really friendly from the doctor to the driver. I would definitely recommend MCAN!

Where do I start…? My experience with Mcan Alana Clinic for my Hair Transplant from start to finish was absolutely PERFECT… From when I contacted them to coming back to London after my procedure has been nothing less than AMAZING… I cannot thank all the guys enough, I am truly extremely happy with my whole experience and it is an experience I will always remember for the rest of my life… I initially contacted MCan Alana Clinic about a transplant because I was receding in the corners of my hair, I was contacted by Hilal who was extremely helpful in providing me all the details I needed from the prices to the procedure to flight details to the itinerary to everything I needed to know, Hilal always kept in contact with me, always letting me know of any updates and reassuring me that she is always there should I need anything… Hilal was very friendly, lovely, caring and such a great help, Mcan sort out your flights, your transfers, your hotel, they explain the timings of everything, they are professional, have great communication and are very efficient in everything they say and do… On the day of the transplant I was picked up by a driver who contacts you beforehand to let you know what time they are coming, when I arrived to the clinic it was Jansu who explained everything to me clearly and in detail, she was very friendly, very professional, had a great attitude and was very clear too… After filling some forms I was greeted by Yașar who introduced himself as the doctor who will be conducting my procedure, Yașar was such a lovely guy, very friendly, very professional and explained everything in detail, he done a consultation with me to talk about what I wanted, what my goal was and Yașar explained how long the procedure would take, what it entails and everything else… After taking some pictures and a consultation, I was taken downstairs to the procedure room where Yașar introduced me to Cansu who was his colleague who will be assisting him throughout the procedure… The procedure lasted around 6hrs and through the 6hrs Cansu and Yașar made sure I was comfortable, relaxed, they explained every step of what they were doing, they made sure they done everything they could to ensure the whole procedure went well, I couldn’t be more grateful, thankful and appreciative of them… Once the whole procedure was done, Mcan also give you a very nice meal to eat before they let you go… Cansu and Yașar. He led to see if I was feeling okay, made sure I was not dizzy and also help you with your clothes as after a 6hr procedure it is possible you are feeling light headed and tired… Hilal explained the aftercare to me, including what I need to do, they also provide you with medication, shampoo’s, lotions, a neck pillow, a headband and also as well as explaining everything in details, they send you everything in document format via WhatsApp and email to ensure you remember everything… I honestly am so extremely happy with my whole experience, I lost for words at how great these guys are, they are all such beautiful, lovely people who actually care about you and want the best for you, they do not just want to sell the transplant, they care about how you feel, how you look and want to ensure they give you the best they can in every way… Anyone who is thinking of any procedure not just a transplant should DEFINITELY go for Mcan Clinic, they are amazing in every way and I will be going back to Istanbul to visit these guys and also bring them a thank you gift because they have been amazing with me from start to finish and I couldn’t be more happier… I arrived back to London on 24/11 and Hilal has been in contact with me in regards to the aftercare, as always Hilal has been PERFECT, she is so helpful in every way and I feel so reassured with Hilal as she has my best interests at heart… I want these guys to know I will always remember them for everything they have done for me and if ever I need any procedure Mcan is the FIRST and ONLY place I will go, thank you so much guys…!!!
