I flew from Aus to Ist to have MCAN perform my mummy makeover surgery. After doing some research and checking with Turkish connections they assured me I would be looked after there. From the moment of first contact via the website the staff have been amazing and with me every step of the way for the whole 6 months of booking time. No question was left unanswered, no matter how small it seemed and the in-depth itinerary was easy to follow I was collected at the airport after the driver started messaging me on the plane to tell me he was waiting and he helped check me into the hotel Nurses came and helped me checkout again for surgery and I was escorted the whole way to the hospital with my nurse and driver My nurses stayed with me during bloods/dr consults/photos and surgery prep Then rechecked on me during hospital stay and back to my hotel room with daily visits and clinic check ups Every one has been beyond fantastic and I am feeling so loved I don’t want to leave my new family I am super happy with the results so far that I can see post surgery and looking forward to seeing it all once the swelling has gone I 100% recommend MCAN and will try and find more imperfections so I have an excuse to come back and visit them again I love you all Xxx

The operation went well, and I was in the best hands of Nilay & Gizem, which did the routine surgery in 6,5 hrs fra 08:00 to 15:00, with a lunch break 11:30, they worked simultaneously non-stop, and I called them my dream team, as they were so sweet to me. I was extremely satisfied with the service, and the accuracy of the information provided by Furkan (I had WhatsApp video calls) in sales and my nurse Hilal supporting me all the way before and after. Also my drivers was so nice to me and serviceminded. Quentin from Florida, was operated same time as me (his friend recommended MCAN with perfect result), so we connected and will follow each other on FB. This also gave me confidence of the right choice, besides all the great feedbacks on Trustpilot. I got 3875 graft transplanted and the healing process is so far great only 3 days after my surgery without much pain. Difficulty to sleep first 2 nights, but my head feels good and looks normal quite quickly after all the anesthesia, I was able to attend a get together dinner with friends the next day (Friday) in the evening. Now I’m taking care with foam and shampoo washing procedure and try to follow the post transplant activity guide for what I’m allowed to do. Looking forward for the result starting from 3 to 6 to 12 month final look. And I will post a new review at that time. I’m very satisfied MCAN does an excellent job, and I’ve two-three friends, which follows me closely as they want to try the same.

Hello everyone I would love to say that MCAN Health is the best hair transplant clinic, when I interact with them from canada they explained me very well about the procedure of hair transplant and make me comfortable, then I flew to Istanbul to MCAN HEALTH clinic they send his car to the airport for pick up and they drop me off to the Hotel then next day driver came to pick me up and I reached to the clinic, Miss HILAL is the lady who assist me so well for all the presses. She is so nice, she introduced me to the doctor and the medical staff then they explained the procedure of transplant so well and then they start hair transplant, it is little bit painful but they did so well and every half hour Miss Hilal came to see me and ask me if I have any questions for the doctor or nurses because there is a language barrier and she know English and Turkish both language so well so she helped me out there. And the very next day of transplant they removed the bandage and then she gave me some supplements, antibiotics and pain killers for my transplant area. Then after 3 days driver drop me off at the airport safely. I have only one issue of my scalp on the crown area is still numb and doctor said it takes like few weeks to get normal that’s it but Overall it was a nice experience. I recommend everyone MCAN Health clinic for hair transplant.
