Returned for second time to have the implant tooth sized and fitted, adding a root canal and crown to finish things off 😀! Once again we received excellent service from pick up to drop off 👍 the hotel was really good and right in the heart of shopping mecca, which was handy because it just peed down the whole trip. My first trip was to have a series of veneers and the implant anchor fitted for me to return in 3 months. My first experience was excellent and once again the Mcan team as expected were fantastic. I know I can be difficult but they assured me through everything and I have left there an extremely happy girl ❤️. Thank you Mcan 🙏

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had a hair transplant at MCAN Health in Istanbul and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, the professionalism, care, and attention to detail were outstanding. I stayed at the Holiday Inn, which was clean, comfortable, and perfect for recovery. Cansu, my liaison, was fantastic, keeping in regular contact and guiding me through every step of the process. My driver was also excellent, ensuring smooth and punctual transfers between the airport, hotel, and clinic, making the whole experience stress-free. The procedure itself was expertly handled. The most painful part was the anaesthesia injections at the beginning, but once you're through that, it’s pretty much plain sailing. I was in the chair for around 8 hours, with a break for lunch in between, so I’d recommend bringing some headphones or something to keep yourself entertained. The clinic provided a good selection of free aftercare items, including essential shampoos and sprays. There is also the option to purchase additional products and supplements, but these are purely at your discretion and not pressured. The clinic was modern, spotless, and very professional. The aftercare instructions were clear, and the follow-up support has been excellent so far. If you're considering a hair transplant abroad, I can't recommend MCAN Health enough. Always scary to do something abroad but very quickly I was reassured. Very transparent, great at communication and really make you feel that you are one of a kind and not just another patient. The surgery itself, long, which is normal went well. The aftercare they really cared about your results and how you are I recommend them

I had rhinoplasty surgery with Mcan on January the 28th so it is still very fresh but I can alteady say with confidence that I am VERY pleased with the whole process and my surgery results so far. My coordinator was named Kaan and my nurse was Gamenzur and they were both excellent all of the drivers were friendly and courteous too. I was corresponding with Kaan for months and he was always on hand to give me the information and reassurance that I needed, he was extremely professional. I met Gamenzur when I arrived in Turkey and she was extremely warm,friendly and knowledgeable. All the mcan nurses were great and I had a visit to the hotel everyday which was reassuring so early in my healing journey. Dr Altoparlak is a true artist and very confident in his craft he is also very honest with you about what you can achieve/expect. I would definitely rate this a very positive experience but please note you have to leave the hospital very early the morning after your surgery and I didnt know this and was caught offguard and also the nurses at the hospital were very rude and uncaring towards me when I woke up from general anesthetic but this was just 2 nurses and does not reflect everyone.

From the moment I contacted MCAN they went above and beyond to help me. I was able to ask any questions at any time they made me feel at ease. When I arrived in Istanbul the care was brilliant, from the drivers to everyone in the clinic. I did not have to go do anything, I was picked up from the airport and dropped to hotel it could not have been easier. Everyone I dealt with in the clinic was very caring and kind and I felt that they did their best to get the best results for me. The aftercare is also very good MCAN will keep in contact with you to make sure your recovery is going well. I would highly recommend MCAN

Great experience with mcan from start to finish. The nurses were so kind and caring and after care was easy as they came to the hotel and looked after you post op. Cansu, my designated nurse spoke great English and helped with the whole process! Dr serhat did my facelift and highly recommend!

I am very happy with my experience at mcan. I had dental treatment and the staff was very helpful and friendly and I felt comfortable.
