I love my chicken coop; it is very well designed. The customer service during the buying process was excellent and Roost and Root was very accommodating when i found out at last minute my city would not allow me to build a coop where i wanted so i had to exchange the coop I bought for a smaller one. The only suggestion i have is for them to put a sign out in front of their business because when i drove out there, they were difficult to find/no signs.

the coops is fine and well built. the storm panels need more clips especially the larger ones. the wind like to pull them off. There clip on the inside put wind pulls at them and then push snow inside the coup.

We purchased this for grandma in Mexico. I contacted customer service since our delivery date was set for after Christmas and we still had to ship to Mexico. They were able to assist and expedite the “making of it” at not extra charge. Basically it moved up by a week or so. She was so excited about it. She joked that she would want to sleep there. Chicken coop is beautiful. They really thought of everything.

I had a simple question and it was answered immediately. Unrelated to today's contact, I thought my wife and I were crazy to spend so much for this product--but it is worth it! I haven't seen anything better--purchased or homemade.

I haven't seen the winter panels during any winter weather yet, but they seem like they will work. My only complaint is the placement of the lock. It is in the same area where they feeder sits. If you move the feeder in any way, the lock becomes loose and falls out.

The final product was very good. The assembly was difficult. Several parts were either not labeled or were mislabeled. Otherwise good.

We have purchased two coops now, both at different times. The quality is wonderful, and they are adorable. Shipping was also as expected. We are very happy with our purchases and wouldn’t change a thing.

I like the product. The new clips are better then using the magnets. The only thing I wish, is that the plastic shields had twist clips on all four sides instead of just two. Thank you!
