Product was just what I wanted. Arrived as promised. However roofing package was damaged. Trucker would not leave my expensive, paid for hutch package because the small roof package was damaged. Believe the "stealing" of my $4000 hutch would have been close to grand theft! Horrible shipping arrangements...sure it is COVID, Putin, Trump, or Conservative's fault but I will not be able to use Roost & Root products for fear their shipping options are limited to that bunch of thieves. Roost & Root refunded my money but not sure they were able to find their product. If you can shop at their store and haul your own purchase all should be fine.

We assembled our coop this weekend and, much to our delight, it was straightforward and a breeze to put together. Wow, it’s a good looking coop! We added our pullets today and the coop is so easy to use. My children ages 5, 8 and 9 are able to work everything easily and it’s such a well designed coop.Roost and Root, thank you for making a quality thoughtfully designed coop that looks terrific! Coop was easy to put together and looks great! Highly recommend the flower box add on!! This is our second coop after starting with a cheap model from a big box store. I wish we would have just invested in this to start!

Really impressed with the look and quality of the coop! The assembly instructions were very clear and we actually had a lot of fun putting it together. But most importantly, it is very secure and we appreciate knowing our girls are safe. Highly recommend!

I placed my order and within a few weeks my chicken coop kit was delivered to my residence in Frankfort, Kentucky. It is so well made and looks beautiful in my backyard. My chicks are still too small and we are still too cold to set the girls up in the coop just yet. I love the quality of the materials and how efficient the coop is going to be. Love my little coop. The communication was great the instructions were easy. Possible to put it together by myself (4 hands might have been easier but I’ll never know).

We haven’t moved our chickens outside to the coop yet, but I can tell you my experience so far. The coop was easy to assemble- it took my husband a few hours with minimal help from me, and when I did help it was with my baby worn in a backpack carrier, so mostly just holding things in alignment. I love the way the coop looks and it seems very functional. It’s also worth noting that we turned the pallet box into our brooder! It’s perfect for our 7 pullets!
